Terms of Service & Master Agreement

Welcome to LAKSIDDH SYSTEMS LLP ("Company", "LAKSIDDH", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or utilizing our domain registration services, enterprise business email hosting, WhatsApp API solutions, cloud infrastructure, or managed technical services, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1.1 Account Registration & Domain Authority

Clients must provide accurate, verifiable identity details during registration. For domain names (.com, .in, .ai, .org, etc.), LAKSIDDH acts as an authorized domain registrar interface. Ownership of registered domains remains strictly with the registrant entity provided WHOIS verification standards are met.

1.2 Business Email & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

LAKSIDDH business email hosting is built for legitimate enterprise communication. Unsolicited commercial email (spam), phishing attempts, malware distribution, or bulk unverified cold outreach is strictly prohibited. Violation of AUP will result in immediate mailbox suspension to preserve server IP reputation and domain deliverability.

1.3 Billing, Renewals, and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis according to chosen tier. Renewal notices are dispatched 30 days prior to expiration. Domain names and email mailboxes not renewed prior to expiry enter a standard grace period before entering redemption or deletion status.

Our Privacy Policy is maintained as a dedicated standalone document covering corporate data sovereignty, mailbox encryption standards, zero-ad tracking, GDPR & ISO compliance, and data retention policies.

LAKSIDDH guarantees a minimum 99.99% network and email service uptime during any monthly billing cycle. In the event of unscheduled service interruptions exceeding SLA thresholds, affected enterprise accounts are eligible for service credit compensation.
